Right to information, correction, cancelation, limitation of treatment and objection
Concerned persons have the right to demand from Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. information about their personal stored data.
Concerned persons have the right to demand from Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. the correction of incorrect personal data. Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. will do the correction promptly provided that the concerned person furnishes proof of incorrectness. This is not applicable in cases where Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. acts as contractor in terms of Art. 28 EU-DSGVO. In those cases the claim for correction has to be addressed to the pricipal. Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. will possible requests immediately forward to the responsible principal and will make correction on instructions received from the principal.
According to Art. 17 EU-GSGVO concerned person have the right to demand deletion of their stored personal data from Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V.. This is not applicable in cases where Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. acts as contractor in terms of Art. 28 EU-DSGVO. In those cases the claim for correction has to be addressed to the pricipal. Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. will possible requests immediately forward to the responsible principal and will make deletions on instructions received from the principal. Should the demand for a deletion be contrary to commitments for safekeeping it is superseded by the limitation of processing .
