Following please find a short instruction how to report a breeding online:
To report and request an online stud certificate you need an SV login. Shouldn’t you have already a free of charge SV login you first have to create one. This is the link to the registration: Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) e.V. | Create SV Login

With the tab "Breeding - Stud Certificate" you can start the data entry.
A breeding can only be reported by the owner/holder of a male. Therefore, only the own males are displayed.
In order to report the breeding the particular male has to be selected and the bred female has to be entered by using the search box:
For the bred female the corresponding boxes have to be completed. Up to 5 breeding dates can be entered if the female was bred on more than one day to the male.
Also, it is possible to enter further breeding with other females. Should you report more than one breeding for a male in one, as long as you don’t complete the payment you will receive a total account. The next male can not be selected before the payment for the first dog is not completed.
When a female can’t be found she can be entered manually:

Additionally, it can be selected if it is a second breeding when the female didn’t become pregnant from the first breeding with the same male (reporting a second breeding is free of charge). For your information: you will receive an e-mail invoice with the sum “zero”.
By clicking on "Pay and register stud certificate" you will be forwarded to the SV payment system.
Please follow the further steps as displayed and complete the order.
Only when the payment was completed successfully a message (e-mail) will be transmitted and the male's owner or holder will be forwarded to the page with the breeding of the dog and the breeding will be displayed.
When the payment was completed successfully the breeding is immediately apparent under tab “Breeding-Breeding” with a note "Mating not yet verified".
The names and addresses of the owners/lessees of the females are displayed as they were entered by the male's owner.
The order of the summary is appropriate to the newest reported day of breeding in the report/stud certificate.
